HYBRID PROGRAM ( online & in-person classes)

A device is required for this class.

If you are enrolling for our hybrid program The enrollment fee applies towards your total. The remaining balance should be paid in full 3 weeks before the first day of training.

You can also bring your own device and needles. If you decide to bring your own device the cost of the device/machine WON'T be deducted or discounted. If you are bringing your own device or planning on purchasing another type of device please let us know ahead of time to so we can make sure it is the correct type of unit and needles for PMU.

 I understand that payments for the training are Not Refundable for any reason. 

This material is non-transferable, proprietary and is intended solely for you to provide services to your clients.  

If you can not attend class the enrollment fee can be applied towards a future class. We kindly ask for 2 weeks notice.
